Solid Core Designs

Fusionwood's solid-core material is comprised of a thermoplastic alloy resin that includes vinyl and acrylic-based polymers. This resin combination cannot absorb moisture, so it provides a very stable material that's ideal in cold, high-heat and high-humidity climates.

Fusionwood's solid core offers better thermal performance than any frame material used in windows today, including wood, fiberglass and hollow vinyl.

Mikron vinyl is more opaque and allows less harmful ultraviolet light penetration.
